![]() We have lost dozens and dozens of hours work in 2010 through it crashing aaaaallll them time.Paperback. God forbid I would like white materials to shade as white rather than charcole grey. Glow on materials, yeah we didn't need that anymore because I like my ceilings and floors to be dark grey in shaded views, clients love the look of a dark box to inhabit. Now just not an option.Īn incredibly piss poor implementation of 3D graphics acceleration, how does a company that owns max and maya have their premier architectural program do shaded views that look like something from the 80's. Massing, hmmmmm I kind of liked being able to edit my original sketches from extrusions. I like the idea of the ribbon, but I swear they picked out of a hat what went under what heading, it is the most confused, idiotic arrangement, after 5 years of using revit I have to keep going to help to find where things are. ![]() Try having a logo in your title block and watch it disappear from your project for no known reason. Try printing a page with a photo on it to PDF, crash every single time. Leave a render overnight to come in and find the render finished and revit crashed and therefore you can't save the render. Try leaving it running overnight and it will have crashed by the time you get to the office in the morning, and it hasn't actually been doing anything that whole time. It stinks of Alpha release software that got shoved out to maket to meet the product cycle timeline rather than being resolved before going out to market. Revit 2010 is by far and away the most unstable, bug ridden version yet.
